Hidden Jobs are visible on 3.1.1 Windows

Found unexpected behavior:

1. Submit the Job.
2. Make it Hidden. My View Options doesn't show Hidden Jobs, so the Job disappears after that.
3. Switch between tabs (Jobs, Users, and Jobs again) or restart Af Watch.
4. Hidden Job becomes visible.

In this case, I can call up the right-click menu commands, but they don't work. And it should be correct, because the current View Options should not show this Work.

Yes, I noticed it on Linux too.
List should process hidden rows each time sorting changed, and I missed one case.
Now it is fixed.
