This is the walk.json file in the .rules folder inside that dpx folder, I'm not sure if it is of any value to you..
Code: Select all
{
"folders": {
".rules": {
"num_files_total": 1,
"size_total": 413,
"space": 4096,
"num_images": 0,
"num_folders": 0,
"num_files": 1,
"num_folders_total": 0,
"size": 413
}
},
"files": {},
"size_total": 6645272989,
"space": 6645641216,
"num_images": 178,
"num_folders": 1,
"num_files": 178,
"num_files_total": 179,
"num_folders_total": 1,
"size": 6645272576
}

Is there any files in "/RAJAH/SCENES/sc002/RAJA_002_020/RESULT/DPX/v010" ?
May be there is some permissions problem.
Try to set "sudo chmod -R a+rwx [to that folder]".
What about other locations, have you tried?
Is there some other location, where dailies works fine?

Yes, there are 178 dpx files in that folder. This is a project which we have used RULES on for about 4 months now, so there's a lot of dailies made etc, all was working perfect until I updated. It's not a permission error, I have full read / right on the system, and RULES work fine otherwise, if I for instance do a "Convert to Sequence / Movie" on the same DPX folder in the RESULTS, the job works fine and is sent to the farm correctly and renders perfect.
Same issue on all projects I tried, not just this RAJA project.. we have 3 other projects going and it's the same thing.

Can you run that command by hand:
Code: Select all
rules/bin/walk.sh -m "projects/RAJAH/SCENES/sc002/RAJA_002_020/RESULT/DPX/v010"
Just launch (paste) it in the terminal in the cgru root folder.

Hm!
Try to install on Rules server:
Code: Select all
sudo apt install exiftool mediainfo
And run walk again.

Since I'm on centos7, I installed:
exiv2.x86_64 0:0.27.0-2.el7_6
libexif.x86_64 0:0.6.21-6.el7
python-exif.noarch 0:2.1.2-1.el7.nux
exiv2-libs.x86_64 0:0.27.0-2.el7_6
mediainfo.x86_64 0:20.03-1.el7
libmediainfo.x86_64 0:20.03-1.el7
libzen.x86_64 0:0.4.38-1.el7
tinyxml2.x86_64 0:2.1.0-2.20140406git6ee53e7.el7
(Some packages were dependencies)
Unfortunately, no difference... I restarted the httpd daemon as well, but no change.

you are a rockstar Timur, dailies are working again.
Thanks so much for your help, I would not have been able to figure this out myself!
